For a few weeks now I’ve been thinking of blogging about Antwerp, my hometown. But that’s not as easy as it seems. You see, this is one of the few cities in the world where I’m not a tourist. No, I’m a (semi)local (semi because I’m not originally from Antwerp, but I’ve been living here for about six years now). And that makes it difficult to write a touristy report. So then I figured, why don’t I show you Antwerp the way I see it every day, when I’m walking my dog? Luckily for you I live in the city center which makes this camera phone blogpost much more interesting. So what I will do is this: regularly I’ll show you new sides of Antwerp by dog walk. Hope you’ll enjoy my city photographically. And hopefully you might visit my hometown someday, in which case I’m out of coffee, sorry. Antwerp is pretty easy on the eyes and if you’re into eating, drinking, partying, chocolate and/or diamonds, you’ll have a blast! (you can click on the pictures to make ‘em bigger)
